To help pet owners facing issues such as these, ArkAngels’ owner, Nancy, is partnering with Roberta Gilgore, RMT, to offer a new Reiki for Pets workshop. The training session is open to pet owners, animal rescue workers, veterinary staff — anyone who wants to learn a helpful technique for calming and healing animals.

What to expect from the workshop:
- Learn what Reiki is, how it works and how to use it to care for yourself and your pets
- Experience a simple meditation using Reiki, visualization and breathing that you can repeat at home to create a sense of peace, tranquility and healing in your home
Cost: $40 (for 1.5 hour workshop)
Special group rates are available to animal shelters, rescue groups and veterinary clinics.
